Liquid handling unit for a pizza dough factory
A large pizza manufacturer in the US built a new plant in New York. Customer asked us to provide a turnkey solution for liquid handling of soybean oil & water.
Soybean oil needed to be in a controlled atmosphere with a Nitrogen generator. Water dosing had to withstand 3 different temperature zones to reach the right dough temperature: the powder temp, factory ambient temp and targeted dough temp.
