7.1 Persons responsible for the collection of personal data

For Personal Data collected as part of the creation of the User’s personal account and browsing on the Site, the person responsible for processing the Personal Data is: INGENIUM. https://www.igenium.ch is represented by Tristan Oguz, its legal representative.

As person in charge of the data processing that it collects, https://www.igenium.ch commits itself to respect the framework of the legal provisions in force. In particular, it is up to the Customer to : establish the purposes of its data processing, provide its prospects and customers, from the gathering of their consents, a complete information on the handling of their personal data and maintain a register of the handling in accordance with the reality. Whenever https://www.igenium.ch processes Personal Data, https://www.igenium.ch takes all the reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and the relevance of the Personal Data regarding the purposes for which https://www.igenium.ch processes them.

7.2 Purpose of the data collected

https://www.igenium.ch may process all or part of the data:

  • to enable browsing on the Site as well as the management and traceability of services requested by the user: connection data and use of the Site, billing, order history, etc.
