Customer had difficulties with equipment for paste shortening. After a year of trying to adapt the process, it asked us to audit the plant and find a suitable solution​

Production had to slow down to allow manual introduction in the dough mixer. Line throughput was affected. We sent a team in Saudi Arabia to audit the plant and understand the reason for the malfunction.​
